Shipping and delivery

We’re working hard to deliver and produce our artworks the best way:

• Original Alu Dibond: We’re partnering with a professional Dibond producer here in France. We have a long term relationship with this studio as we’ve started working together years ago on the firsts Mirages artworks commissioned for multiple art galleries in Paris. We’re hand singing and packaging the artwork in our studio in the South West of France.
• Fine art prints: We’re printing, signing and packaging them by hand in our studio in the South West of France to ensure our artworks have museum quality standards guarantee.
• Posters: Printed in different countries: Including Europe, USA, UK and more… and fulfilled at the closest production center in order to speed up delivery times and also helps reduce costs and carbon emissions.

To enable us to focus on quality and eliminate waste, everything sold on our website is made to order.

Orders placed online are shipped out as fast as possible (excluding weekends and French public holidays).

Customers will receive a confirmation email once their order has been shipped, and can track the status of the delivery through the shipment information contained in the email.

Studio Mirages cannot be held responsible for any potential delays incurred by third-party transport partners.
